Thousands of Students Instructed!
- Many have their Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Some have Masters Degrees
- Most are current educators in southern New Jersey
- Four are involved in youth ministry
- One is a retired high school principal
- One is a current Board of Education member
- Five are high school driver education teachers
- Several have instructed over 1000 behind the wheel students
- ALL have vast experience working with young people
- Several are (or were) high school coaches
- ALL have undergone both written and road testing by the state of New Jersey
- ALL have observed a minimum of six hours of behind the wheel instruction
- ALL have been trained personally by the owner
- ALL have been rigorously tested by the owner to determine appropriate handling of all types of student emergencies, such as loss of control, animal avoidance, turning errors, etc.
- ALL follow lesson plans used by the company
- ALL meet parents to discuss student progress, Graduated Drivers License ("GDL") rules, and insurance discounts
- All are knowledgeable about south Jersey roads
- All are positive, sensitive to young people's needs, and compassionate
- All are neat, well groomed, and dress professionally in Harper Driving School attire
