On this page you will find downloadable documents to begin enrolling at Harper Driving School. If you are signing up a 16 year old for their six hours of instruction, there is a Learner's Permit Application from the DMV that cannot be downloaded. Please contact the office (856-589-8800 or harperdrivingschool@verizon.net) with your name and address and we will mail it out to you promptly. Another option would be for you to bring the contract and all the necessary documents to our office with the student and fill out the permit application while there.

You will also find contracts for brush up lessons, adult lessons, and our road test service. If you have any questions about these services, feel free to contact the office. For these services you will also need to provide us with a copy of your permit (front and back) when you mail or bring in your contract.

The documents are available in Microsoft Word format and as PDF documents which use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin. If you are unable to print our documents for any reason, please contact the office and we will mail them out to you.

*Please Note - Due to the rising gas costs we will be charging an additional $10 per student for the 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction and $5 per student for refresher courses or road tests. If gas prices go down in the future, we will remove this surcharge.
